Secret Weapons : Scrambled Eggs

Buat aku pribadi sarapan itu kebutuhan yang wajib banget selain tidur cukup, minum cukup, dan hedon yang cukup eh skip that. So, memilih sarapan yang bergizi dan simple itu yang jadi prioritas pertama. Biasanya makan cukup sereal, buah, dicampur yogurt (I’ll post it later ya) nah setelah baca Twivortiare karya Ika Natassa jadi penasaran banget pengen bikin scrambled eggs yang bener akhirnya nyari deh di google dapet di link ini :

Nah dari video di atas aku lebih memilih scambled eggs american style. Okay langsung aja ke cara buastnya yaaa here we go

Bahan : 1. 2 telur ayam  kampung atau telur ayam negeri

2. lada putih bubuk

3. garam

4. 1 keju slice

5. olive oil

6. bon cabe level 15

Cara membuat : Pecahkan dua telur boleh telurnya ayam kampung atau ayam negeri tergantung selera. Tambahkan sejumput lada putih bubuk dan sejumput garam. Aku pakenya sejumput soalnya gak suka terlalu asin tapi suka gurihnya lada bubuk jadi sejumputnya itu seberapa banyak? It’s all depending of your taste. Oh ya aku pake lada putih bubuk instan, udah dijual dimana – mana di toko kecil deket rumah juga pasti ada. Kocok lepas telur beserta bumbunya sampe bener – bener tercampur semua. Panaskan wajan beri sedikit olive oil. Oh iya aku pakenya extract virgin olive oil dari Borges. Kalau gak ada mau pake margarin atau minyak goreng biasa juga gak masalah kok. Jangan lupa kita pake api kecil aja ya supaya gak mateng. Setelah panasnya cukup untuk menggoreng, tuang telur ke wajan. Beri keju slice supaya melting bersamaan dengan matangnya telur. Setelah ada lembaran telur yang terbentuk aduk merata. Jangan sampai dibiarin yah supaya scrambled eggnya tidak berubah jadi telur dadar. Nah jangan terlalu lama di masak supaya warnanya tetep cantik. Nah, scrambled egg versi aku aku ubah dikit jadi udah gak ada lelehan telur saat diangkat soalnya gak suka telur setengah mateng. Yang ada lelehan keju slice-nya. Setelah diangkat biasa langsung plating dan diberi taburan bon cabe level 15 sebagai garnish  dan  menambah rasa. Selamat mencoba buat sarapan yaa

For me breakfast is important as much as sleep well. So, I prepare to pick the simple and rich nutrients. I usually eat cereal with fruit and yogurt in the morning (I’ll post it later ya). Nah after read Twivortiare by Ika Natassa I really curious how to make a scrambled eggs as well as chef then I found it on this link :

If I have to pick one I rather to make scambled eggs american style than British or France style. Okay here we go How to make a scrambled eggs.

Ingridients : 1. 2 eggs

2.white pepper powder

3. salt

4. 1 slice cheese

5. olive oil

6. bon cabe level 15 (chili powder)

Steps : Crack the egg and add a pinch of white pepper and salt. You can add white pepper and salt depend of your taste. I rather add more white pepper than salt. Beat the eggs together with fork or spoon. We used a low heat okay we won’t our eggs cooked fast. Heat the pan, add some of olive oil. Oh ya I used  extract virgin olive oil from Borges. If it isn’t available at home you can use butter or another cooking oil. After the pan heat enough, pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Put cheese slice on the beaten eggs. Stir slowly with wooden spoon or spatula, bringing in all the mixture from the edges of the pan. I modify the recipe, I plate the eggs when no more melt eggs in the pan. I don’t like a medium eggs. For make it more yummy put some chili powder on it as a garnish. I hope you like it. Bon Apetit.
